Ok, pmull. It's getting better. Shot an 84 today with no major pull hooks. Actually made a couple of putts. Leaked oil on the last 2 holes, however, that cost me a great round. But I was overall satisfied on today's effort. Did you play today?

I know.  I'm running on batteries now.  It's VERY DARK outside.  LF wants to know if it's another night in the safe room.

Okay, the computers are working again and we're okay.

The TV went off (always with satellite and a big storm).  Hope it's back for the Braves.

Good time at the show today.  We had a church service before the show (can't hurt, right?), and the preacher even asked for "rewards today for our efforts" in sales.  Must have helped.  I sold an old bag axe (like 2's ex-) right after church ended.

No purchases today for me.  Usually I have luck finding old knives at these shows, but nobody walked in with anything worthwhile.  One guy promised to bring me a Randall knife for consideration at next weekend's show.

Best event today?  I kid and his Dad at my table.  The kid collects old coins, and he showed me what he had (mostly pennies and nickels from the 1950s).  His Dad bought a knife.  I gave the kid a buffalo nickel and a handful of wheat pennies.  Lots of handshakes and smiles.

Bag axe.  Carried in a possibles bag by "mountain men", etc.  Easily carried to a campsite, then he only needed to cut a limb for a handle and slide the axe head over it.
