"Mornin', Rascals"
I remember Smitty chewing me out for signing in and posting 1st, then going back to bed or heading off on an interwebz Sunday drive.

Laughing.  He may be outside trying to irritate his neighbor.

What's up with you this morning?  I'm going back to the renovations.  I think today we finish wiring the house and start installing ceiling lighting (can lights I heard).
Lighting is very important--both for asthetics and utility. Try and get some mowing done before CNS comes on TV-- 11:20 my time. May spend the day stalking him.  I have the vegetable garden to till for weeds and it is close to the back porch. I can till a couple rows at a time during commercials.

Sounds like a good plan for an enjoyable day.  Our "garden" has been reduced to a pair of 8'-long planters that I made for the deck.  They hold about 6-8 tomato plants, peppers, and sugar-snap peas.  Our yard garden became a feeding trough for rabbits and deer.  I shot the rabbits daily at first, then finally gave up when the deer learned how to avoid my electric fence.  Now I don't have to weed it at all, but the size is limited.

I used to say the only way to keep deer out was a 12' chain link fence with razor wire. We moved the veg. garden closer to the house 6-8 years ago and haven't had much trouble since. Birds and heavy winds (1 storm each summer) seem to be the big issue.

I haven't seen him.  I guess he is already outside working on something.

I've got to get going too.  The renovation awaits me.
This afternoon I have a dental appointment.  The hygienist and I have a thing for each other.  :eyes roll:

Not me.  I'm a traditional-hunter guy.  I'd rather walk for hours without luck than shoot a deer in the suburbs.

I've killed 3 deer in my life, all with an automobile. 2 of them with the same car, 2 years apart.

I do more before 9 am than most people do all day.

I went out and worked before it got hot.
