BTW, we let her inside and she behaves perfectly, hopefully she stays so well behaved after the pups, we named her Fanny and she learned it quick.  She is a sweet little girl.

THIRTEEN WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 26.5 NORTH...LONGITUDE 91.7 WEST.
THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 2 MPH...4 KM/H.
A SLOW AND POSSIBLY ERRATIC NORTHWESTWARD MOTION IS EXPECTED
