I finally got a break.  This place is crowded tonight.  I've sold a few and bought a few, nothing great.

In 1973 had a chance to see Elvis with my parents in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Hotel. We went to Ceasers's Palace instead and saw Petula Clark and Joan Rivers.

I didn't know much about either of them. Mother liked Petula Clark, and Joan Rivers joked about having kids.

I always figured I could see Elvis at another time!

Through a vendor of the company I worked for, I received 2 tickets, 2nd row center, to see the big "E" in Montgomery's Garrett Coliseum. My SIL would have bore Elvis' children (as it turned out, she practiced the ritual with several people while married to my brother), so I gave them to my brother to take her. Elvis died 2 weeks later. I blame my SIL.

Elvis' death was definitely due to your SIL--well known fact. BTW, pics?

She's dead now. I got pics of her deceased, will that do?

Not really into that scene, but I guess, willing to learn. Foul play involved in her death?

I've been thinking of taking up whittling. I saw a commercial selling something, chairs, I think. You could use it to read, or whittle. I guess people think country folks all love to whittle. LOL

Quick as you can whistle, we'll whittle some wockers rockers.  

Maybe the commercial was for floor lamps-- also handy for whittling.
