Morning, Leroy.  Hope you have a good day and a Boomer night.

Mornin Chech, It's been a while since I was in Tupelo.  I worked as a surveyor on a COE contract for about 4 months back in the 80's during the construction of Fulton lock and dam.  We stayed in a dump called the All-American Inn just a few blocks from Elvis' birthplace.

Well be sure and keep reminding us of the impending blessed event. You have certainly been a bundle of joy here. Seems your anniversary was only yesterday. Maybe we can tie the two together and just have one big long party. Hope this helps.

well, Leroy, I'm afraid it's gone downhill.  The "All-America Inn" is now the "China-Inn and Brothel", but at least it's cheap now.

Do they still have that no credit card policy? Seems I recall them fishing a body out of the pool, years ago-- Elvis?.

No no, that was a rumor.  It wasn't a body.  That was their "pearl-diving girls" putting on a display and show.  After the poolwater greened, and the girls stayed below for 5-7 minutes, many people assumed they'd died.  They're good.

Those boys in Mississippi are tough.

My dad and I were traveling over the Pearl River bridge going to New Orleans. As we crossed the river dad said that is the river where that Mississippi boy stole a logging chain and tried to swim across the river with it!
