Well, tonight wasn't my finest hour. Wifey and I are on our way to our oldest daughter's house for a wine tasting and got rear ended at a stop light. Dude smacked the crap out of us. Luckily we were stopped for some time before he hit us, so we didn't see it coming, which means we were relaxed and shouldn't have any effects of whiplash. Then RG3 is given the Heisman and TR is 3rd. I couldn't even enjoy the wine. Had mixed emotions between  Angry and  Sad . My golf game will prolly stink tomorrow.  Embarrassed

Man glad you and wifey are OK.

That's the main thing. Always could be worst 2.

Is your veicle totaled?

The Monday morning after Thanksgiving my son got his car and two others totaled out. A women driving a Jaguar ran a red light and hit him pushing him into the intersection where two others hit and he was shaken up but fine.

Alabama  state trooper called me and told me Russell was fine. But that scared me bad. In fact it still scares me bad. Thankful!

Could have been worst. No injuries. Thank the lord.

After pulling the rear bumper off, it's barely driveable with a lot of damage to the rear end, but shouldn't be totaled. Your right, we are lucky not to be hurt. I'm guessing he hit us going about 30-35 MPH. It's really nothing more than a nuisance, now, just getting it to the shop and having it repaired, dealing with renting a car, etc. We're lucky. Thanks for your concern.

Man, 2, glad you are okay.  But you would think, with an ambulance-chasing lawyer on TV every 10 minutes this time of year, you'd have gone to the hospital for a checkup.  Maybe just to have that "shooting pain" checked.

We may have to organize a legal-issues seminar for our little group here.   Cool

Not quite 11 degrees yet. One can only dream. "Good morning".

We do enjoy our fireplace (3 or 4 cords) but the heat comes from the power company.

Hmm.  That's hardly 'traditional country living'.  We had a fire in the firepacle last night, and so far I'm too lazy to bring in wood from the garage for one this morning.  Maybe after coffee-cup #2.  Coffee

Mornin' fellas. We appear to be ok from our accident last night. Wifey has just a twinge of soreness in the neck, but she thinks it's from the way she slept last night. 11 degrees, WV? Dayum!
