I remember back in the 80s when we first bought computers for our work pacle, one of my colleagues announced, "These will save us at least 2 weeks per year."  We gave him crap about that for years.  

I'm still awaiting my 2 weeks.

If I were in law enforcement, I'd carry one.  And maybe if I had a teenage daughter.  Maybe if my wife (whatever) were real pregnant, maybe.  Otherwise, no.
