Do you happen to remember the name of the virus? Did you tell them about it at RBR? It sounds like they could have a real issue there that they need to be aware of.

Well hopefully they got it fixed before it got too many other people. It is a pretty scary situation. Something like that could cripple your computer before you even know it.
