University of Alabama Athletics Director Mal Moore has been admitted to Brookwood Hospital in Birmingham for tests and treatment regarding pulmonary problems, according to a release issued by the university.

Yeah. I found this one this morning so it looks like he isn't in any immediate danger. I posted on the other article (in Wall-E) that perhaps he was in the market for a pacemaker.   Pray

I doubt it's something like a pacemaker since UAB and most hospitals could handle that. I think it is something way more complicated and that is why he went to Duke. I would guess it is some serious heart disease (transplant?) or even cancer. When Ted Kennedy had brain cancer he went to Duke, not Harvard, Yale, Columbia, or any of the other big name university hospital in the Northeast. Hope everything works out for him no matter what it is.

 Huh?

I wish Mal the very best, and a speedy recovery, may the great physician heal his body, and make him whole.

Due to smoking or cancer, I bet.
