In a positive for the school, the NCAA did not cite Ohio State for "failure to monitor" or "failure of institutional control" violations. That charge typically carries the largest penalties.

Well if nothing comes of this after what they put us through I ain't sure the NCAA is being owned by tOSU. RTR!

OK,players selling personals,associating with a known felon. Head coach covers it up,lies(see Pearl),contacts FBI agent later,contacts numerous folks,everyone except HIS BOSS. They botched the Maurice C. fiasco because,well,they couldn't locate him to ask him questions (yeah,right). Head coach lies and says he didn't want to jeopardize a federal investigation,puleeze. The writing is on the wall,left by the dirty hands of the ncaa,when they chose to not charge the school with Lack of Control. They're going to skate with minimal penalties,and when they do,I say bama needs to file a class action suite against them,citing bias, inconsistencies with penalties,and try to recover income lost from bowl revenue. I say sling everything we got at them. If we lose,so what? Leave and become Independent,we could do just as well,if not better.Sorry for the rant,carry on
