He is during what we all hope will be a short suspension.

I'm thinking that this suspension will come with a demotion as well.  He'll have to work to get his starting spot back and likely won't have earned it by the Virginia Tech game (so he misses a start).

Good possibility of this.

I see your point, Coach, but I think this close to the game, especially with him being one of the leaders, not being able to practice due to suspension, has got to really hurt and has gotten his attention.

CNS made the statement that when you spank someone for doing something wrong and it didn't have any effect on them you then try something different and take something away from them that they like most and in this case it was football. In most cases at home it was the car keys.
