Kelly doesn't know it yet, but he's been Sabanized.  He didn't lose just one game.  Notre Dame will be lucky to be bowl eligible this year.

Didn't ND have at least as long as Bama did to prepare?  If not a little bit longer?  Regardless, getting prepared is not just about physically blocking and tackling.  Lots of video to watch and even walk-through prep is very valuable if used correctly...

Oh, and I could have been born rich but was born good looking instead... Cool  Ok, that's not true either... Embarrassed

I think you're probably right, Coach. They just caught you at a bad time. If the game was replayed 20 times, ND would have won the other 19. That's right coach. First, he's an idiot if he thought they could have been competitive.  Cry

Now, if you want to compare injuries, watch the SECCG again.  A huge percentage of Alabama's players were injured at the year's end.  Many of those were among the NFL draftees.  We beat ND despite the injuries, not because of theirs.

This is the same coach who said during a half time interview there only chance of getting back in the game is if Alabama did not come out of the locker room for the second half.

I guess you have to say something to inspire your team.

I understand we had to fight to hold off Georgia. I also know that Notre Dame is NO Georgia. I would venture to say that Kentucky would have been a good match for ND. JMHO. RTR!
