Update: 4th and 2 at the OSU 40.

WTH?  Buffalo coaches pissed with refs; delay of game against Buffs.   
Bad punt; OSU gets it at 37.

Buffalo only won 4 games last year (against teams I never heard of), so it looks like another year for them.

They just said again.  Rice is gashing them too.  Rice 14-7 now about half way through the first quarter.
