I did hear that he had a sit-down with Saban for a few minutes (though that wasn't really his purpose for visiting).

I think Gruden is just a fan who likes what CNS has done here and wore an Alabama shirt at the Denver airport when he was flying in for Monday Night Football.  It has nothing to do with coaching jobs.
