I agree.  I made that suggestion in the beginning, but a certain poster (who shall remain nameless) insisted we needed more than that.  As it turns out, this same poster doesn't even fill out his ballot any more.

I think my original plan was to require 5 or 10 but make all 25 available for those that wanted to fill out more.  I may implement that when I get a chance.
