What a great time we had at the games yesterday. The first game really got everybody in the mood, we didn't know what to expect after the showing that Bama had made in the first game on Thursday.

Then came the nailbiter. I don't know how the crowd noise sounded on tv but it was very loud in the stadium. Kelly Eubanks, shortstop on last years team, sat next to us and it was an experience watching her emotion toward the end of the game, she wanted to be on that field.

Anyway, Bama won it and what a win it was for the seniors. It was their last game at Rhoads Stadium and there were no tears of sadness, only the excitement and celebration of a tough great victory. They, Kelsi and Whitney, didn't get to have their Senior day as scheduled, due to the tornado, but I'll bet they will never forget this game when they revisit memory lane somewhere in the years to come. Roll Tide!!  Applause E-Cred

Congrats to our ladies. Now lets see if we can't bring home the hardware from OKC. Only one home loss this year ain't too shabby.

The crowd was great on TV too. I'm sure it was much better live. I've watched a lot of softball over the last few years and I have not seen a crowd like last night before. The PAC 10 can't match our fans.

I think this is our year.

 Applause E-Cred for team support.
