I can't understand why Dems keep wanting to raise taxes? We are broke, we are poor people who are disabled we don't get cost of living raises how can we stand anymore tax hikes? I am just wondering on this one. RTR!

Raising taxes will not only hurt the poor folks like me and Ricky, it will kill small business. A company like mine that employs 50-60 people can not stand higher taxes. Health insurance cost is already killing us. The economy is in such poor shape we are taking jobs at cost just to keep our people busy. Sooner or later we need to turn a profit or it does not make sense to keep the doors open. We need tax breaks that will allow us to be more competitive which means we will hire more people and they will pay payroll tax. How come Dems can not understand this.

The Dems of today have been silver spoon fed most of their life. They don't know what it is to plow a mule or plant a garden to eat. They see more and more raises and they live their term knowing if they are voted out, they have made a bundle of money and don't have to worry. They just go to being lawyers again. RTR!

You should not be able to run for office until you have ran a successful business for 10 years. The people we have voted into office have no idea what it is like in the real world. They have about as much common sense as a Hollywood actor.
