He wants to be a bigger and better blocker but he doesn't want to lose the speed that allowed him to catch and run for a 52-yard touchdown against LSU last season.

Howard is up to 240 pounds but it's come with a sacrifice. He gave up his post-dinner habit of eating two Snickers bars.
Asked what he's added to his diet to replace the Snickers, Howard offered a surprising substitute.
"Ice cream, to be honest with you," he said.
