A California animal shelter broadcast an appeal for someone to adopt this loving cat, but Pinky almost kills the spokesman.

1 good punch to the cranium and that cat would have let go as quick as it had latch on. And no, I do not believe in animal abuse, but I do believe in self preservation!

when that first came on tv we had my FIL and MIL over for dinner
we were all setting in the living room around the tv waiting on the food to be ready
well they were all talking and not paying attention to the show but I was
I couldn't help it ... I started laughing uncontrollably to the point all I could do is point at the tv
but by that time it had went off and they had no idea what I just saw which made me the main attraction
they were all looking at me like I had two heads as you can guess they all thought I had went crazy

the wife still brings the story up from time to time ... something like
"hey ? you remember the time mom and dad came over and you started laughing like a idiot ?"

I hope Pinky wasn't euthanized. It wasn't his fault. Stupid people shouldn't handle some pets - and obviously they should've known the Pinky wasn't going to like being held so long.  Poor kitty
