Former Alabama cheerleading coach sues school officials

This case should get throw out in summary judgement for comparing her salary to CNS. You can sue for anything these days.

Two years after she was fired, former University of Alabama cheerleading coach Debbie Greenwell has filed a civil lawsuit against AD Mal Moore, executive AD Dave Hart, university president Robert Witt and the school's trustees.

The lawsuit compares Greenwell's income of $85,000 to that of Alabama football coach Nick Saban, whose original contract called for an average annual compensation of $4 million.

The brief mention of the criminal charges against her seem to be where the beef is.  If she were fired for that (which I think likely), then her discrimination case is pretty much over.  Comparisons to Saban's salary do not help her, in my opinion.

Different Coaches and different people are going to make different salaries. This sounds ludicrous to me for her to even think this is a valid suit.(lol) The knowledge of free suing in America today is far fetched I think this stuff needs to be tuned down. RTR!

It's called the American Way. If you make millions for the folks you work for, you get well-rewarded. When you are in charge of something that makes little if any money, you get paid accordingly.
