NOT SO FAST MY FRIEND! We can win out and still not make it to the SECCG.
Ole Miss has to lose at least two conference games and we have to win out in order to put Bama in the SECCG I believe...If Ole Miss and Bama wins the rest of their games Ole Miss wins the conference but our only loss would be to the #1 team. That would get us in the playoffs.
I do not see Ole Miss winning out. Only losing one could win the West. However, there is a very good chance of a 3 way tie then tie breakers get difficult to figure out unless one team beat both of the others.
I want Gurley to come back. He is a good player. His violation is minor in my opinion. Slap him on the wrist, sit one game out and come back with a chip on his shoulder.
