Amazing ain't it? Biggest game of the year, we are short on RB's, huge TV game with no telling how many NFL types there, and he's late?! Is he going to be with the team next year?

This isn't his first trip to the doghouse, he's had ongoing issues since he's been here. That's the reason he's always 5th or 6th on the running back list. I think the only reason they've kept him around is that he does such a great job on the scout team.

Here is a guy who didn't know if TJY would be able to play much and maybe could have been a contributor but didn't think it was important enough to make the meeting.  Now there may have been a good reason but I bet every player has a cell phone and could have called if there was a good reason.  I'm not sure I am seeing this guy as a team player.
