Daron Payne, a 5-star defensive lineman, grew up in family on both sides of the Iron Bowl rivalry. At first he was leaning toward Auburn, but that changed.

Choosing the other side of Alabama's fiercest rivalry was difficult. Auburn was the leader for a while, he said Wednesday.
"Right up until the Under Armour game," Payne said. "That's when I really started thinking Alabama was the right pick for me." ...
