I give him credit for loyalty but wow, something ain't right in Baltimore.

The handling of the Ray Rice case was at the top of the list of reasons why things were difficult in Baltimore, but there were other arrests as well and the sum total of the negatives left a black mark on the organization.

[The experience isn’t leading the team to make a decision about security director Darren Sanders’ future. Sanders is on paid leave while facing sex offense and assault charges and Bisciotti said Sanders’ job is waiting for him.

This is going to come off as homerism, but I disagree that there is "something wrong in Baltimore." Did the team have a crappy off the field year? Absolutely. Is this security guy APPARENTLY a scumbag? Absolutely. Were mistakes made in handling Ray Rice? Yes. These incidents do not indicate, however, that there is a culture of problems within the organization. Look at the 49ers as a dumpster fire. Teams have players with off the field issues all the time. It is magnified for some reason in Baltimore, due to Rice and some who still dredge up the Ray Lewis stuff from 15 years ago. Again, not defending the mistakes, but it does not mean there is something inherently wrong.

I have a question here cb. What or how was the RR situation handled wrong? I am not seeing where this happened. If you could please help me out here. RTR!

I think the organization knew much more about what was going on prior to the video being made public, bro. ricky. It was after that came out that they took the drastic measures they did. I am also not totally certain that he deserved to have his entire contract terminated. A suspension, perhaps even a season-long one and hefty fine, yes. I just think Bisciotti, Ozzie and the rest of the front office could have been more proactive.

The 'wrong" could be the sense of maybe too much loyalty to the players & others in the organization by the owner & maybe Ozzie, too. Just not sure.
