Think Halloween, Rocky horror picture show going on in the background.  Several people dressed up as village people.  Then think of a large dyke dressed as a wrestler with the diaper on, waving at a drunk college kid dressed like a candy bar who accidentally rolled into the whole scene and now is getting singled out by the freaks as fresh meat.

Something like that.
