Speaking of that fumble, why did the announcers keep discussing whether the TCU player was in bounds or out of bounds when he recovered the fumble (back of endzone)?
Either way, it's a touchback and TCU's ball at the 20, right? Is there some sort of new rule that I missed about this?? Help appreciated.
I think you're right. Refs and replay officials didn't seem to think it was an issue.
