Look up the name "Diabetic Ketoacidosis." This is what you are sending your body into. Not saying it's not worth the benefits. You are basically depriving your body of carbohydrates and then forcing it to burn fat as fuel. Personally I think the better alternative would be to cut all the "simple carbs" processed sugars and such, but keep the complex carbs. ( think whole what pasta) But that is only my personal opinion.
You really are right, R. But this seems to be working for me. I don't feel hungry on this and I don't have the lulls that a cut-back-your-eating diet has. Granted, I felt rough around the edges for the first few days, but I feel really good now. What dangers are a possibility with this diet?
