Apparently, a couple rolls of TP will get you in as well. Not sure if you'll qualify for the "Watch Party", though.

Well crap. I missed it. I knew I should have taken off work today.

Was traveling, so I listened to the game via radio.  According to the broadcast the stadium was pretty full, mostly Aub fans!

Guess they love sitting in the rain watching a crappy bowl game.

BTW, after the game Malzahn announced that he expects both QBs to return next year!
GOOD NEWS!

The approving roar you heard, after that announcement was made, came from Tuscaloosa.

Auburn capped off a very successful season with a dominating 31-10 win against tradition rich Memphis in the Birmingham Bowl. The win gives the Tigers a 7-6 record and runs their string of winning seasons to 3. More importantly they beat a team, that beat a team, that beat Alabama. That is proof the Tigers deserved to be playing in the playoffs instead of their cross state rival. Auburn would have beaten Alabama if the refs had not allowed Alabama to hold on every play.

The Tigers future looks very good. Both QB's will not enter the NFL draft and return to play next season. A new defensive coordinator will only improve one of the nations best defenses. There is optimism all over campus that Malzahn can have another 7-6 season and run the streak to 4 in a row.

The Auburn Tigers had the trip of a live time in Birmingham this week.

They traveled with first class accommodations thanks to Greyhound.

The players stayed at one of Birmingham's finest motels.

A highlight of the trip was visiting the Bear Bryant Monument just outside of historic Legion Field.

They were also able to get an up close look at the Vulcan.

How did Michigan State make the playoffs? They would be the worst team in the SEC West. I wish Bama would have had to play a real team with a chance to beat them like Memphis.
