NCAA MULLS CHANGES TO GRADUATE TRANSFER AND TARGETING RULES PLUS.....

Not only are they looking at those two rules but the most interesting one to be looked at to me will be the illegal lineman downfield rule that they can't seem to get a grip on. The possible change of the illegal lineman downfield rule is very interesting.

I like the idea of having someone in the booth to help with the targeting and illegal lineman downfield rule. It's impossible for the refs to see all of those things anymore since the players are so spread out.
