They are in a rain delay with Bama leading 3-0 in the bottom of the fourth. LSU has runners at 1st and 2nd with no outs.

It is being televised on the SEC Network

I was wondering what happened.  I was watching "The Guns of Navarone" and flipping back to the SEC network to check on the game.  Saw the score was 3-0 then when I went back the game was off.  I just figured Bama went on a hitting spree and mercy ruled them...

Bama beats LSU 10-3 to even the series but it was a costly win for the ladies. Second Baseman Demi Turner was sliding into second head first and suffered a severe injury to her left arm. She was carried from the field with her left arm in an air cast. This doesn't look good for her, usually an air cast indicates a break.

Prayers for Demi and hopefully it isn't as bad as it seems to be.  Pray

I couldn't find much info on Turner's injury but did find something that could be positive. The injury might be the elbow, possibly hyperextended, rather than a break but not sure. Hopefully it is something that won't end her season.

The win last night was monumental for the ladies as wins at LSU have been very hard to come by for quite a few years. The link below gives some info as to how hard it has been for the ladies.

A huge win indeed.
Hoping the best for Turner.  But a severe hyperextension can be worse than a break; neither is good.  Just hope she recovers soon.
Thanks, Jamos!

I am so glad when I hear our ladies win because I don't get to watch much softball. I wish actually I lived closer. RTR!
