We host Ole Miss for a three game series this weekend. Ole Miss is rated # 11 and has the #4 RPI. This will be a real test for the Tide who is 12-4 at home this year in the new stadium. There should be large crowds with Ole Miss in town on A-Day weekend.
Chandler Avant's RBI-triple in the bottom of the eighth scored the go-ahead run for Alabama as the Crimson Tide secured the 7-6 win over UAB on Tuesday night. With the win, UA moves to 20-13 overall, including a 12-4 mark at Sewell-Thomas Stadium.
