I just read that there were two guns in the car, one stolen. $750 bail for a stolen gun with drugs??  Last I heard that's a felony.

Yep, plus it's not like he can disappear. The problem is, he's in a parked in a car, it's 2:30 am, the smell of marijuana is prevalent, he has controlled drugs, & a stolen gun in his car. He wasn't there reading the Bible.
