Click here for linkThe Rasmussen Consumer Index, which measures the economic confidence of consumers on a daily basis, inched up a point on Monday to 63.4. Consumer confidence is down a point from last week but is still up slightly from a month ago. Still, confidence is down 17 points from three months ago.
Just eight percent (8%) of adult consumers rate the U.S. economy as good or excellent. Sixty-four percent (64%) give economic conditions in the country poor marks.
