Taulia unless Tua is healed enough to be the backup. In that case it would be Tua.

If Tua doesn't play, I think we'll see three QBs.  Mac starts, 'Lia will get time, and SB will have packages.

If we are winning Taulia will. If we are losing Tua will. RTR!

At this point I'll guess that Mac starts and plays decent QB but not well enough to win the game.  D will need to score a TD and create 1 - 2 turnovers that give Bama possession in short FG range. If all that adds up to 10 D points, we might squeak by.

I think Tua will be OK to start the game. Will he be effective or re-injured?  Angel

Saban is talking like Tua could start, but that's probably to keep LSU guessing before kickoff.

So what happens, who starts against LSU, if against arKansas Jones shows out and puts up video game like stats and continues to impress up to the LSU game even if Tua is back to 100%?

This would be a nice problem to have.  But hard for me to imagine Tua being even close to 100% by LSU game.

About as likely as Dabo becoming Saban's analyst next year.

If it means a chance to lose the West Tua will play some injured or not. I do believe if we are winning CNS will let Tua have all the time to heal he needs. Then look out auburn. RTR!

What is lost in all of this, and it was brought up on Finebaum, are the Tagavailoa's willing to risk his NFL future? I can't imagine Tua thinking that way, but his parents will have a say in it. A thought to ponder anyway.

After what Tua went through last year, playing hurt, not at his best, taking months to recover after the season ended, his parents may very well want to allow him more time to heal before taking the field again.
