Looks like he got a CJ elbow.  It must have been bad, because he lay on the field for quite a while, and the fans sucked all of the air from the stadium.

It was gruesome to watch the video of the injury, his arm bending in a completely unnatural direction.

Dislocated elbow and xrays were negative on a fracture.

SC and I were watching game when it happened, it looked like a fracture.

LMJ was on ESPN today.  Arm popped out of socket and he popped it back in himself.  Said he would return this season.  Looked worse, he was lucky it popped out instead of breaking.
