I was disturbed when I heard that Abilene Christian was reporting UNA players had stolen things from the locker room.  Delta State has been a thorn in UNA's side for the last few years.  Maybe the Lions can get their issues worked out and get some revenge in the playoffs this year.  Anyone know how Hudspeth is doing this year?

This year I have watched at home a few times and I have been to two, my daughter is still playing softball and we have been there a couple times.  I have also went to a few home games and I will be going to the last three home games, I finally got season tickets this year so I will be going to many more home games.  The knee is good but my back is giving me fits.  I wish I had never played football, I am feeling it now.

Good to see you on here DN. I don't understand the thread? Since I don't follow Tator or UNA much...they are 6-1 with the last game in OT losin 34-20. This is a first for me about hangin TT out to dry...what gives?

I was on the UNA campus most of the day yesterday. I did not stay for the game. The students and faculty were fired up about their game. They seem to support Terry Bowden 100% from what I could tell.

UNA has a beautiful campus BTW. I youngest daughter who is a high school senior is considering going to school there next year and we went to take a tour of the campus.

I saw Demetrius Goode on the highlight reel during the USC/Cal game.  They showed him scoring a couple of TDs.  I am glad he is getting some quality playing time there, and doing a good job apparently.

When did UNA change their home uniform colors to black?  I thought their colors were purple and gold.   Or am I still  thinking about Florence State?

Their colors are still purple and gold. They had a black out event for the game so the fans and team wore black. Has that gimmick ever worked?

You're exactly right. I've never seen a white/black/orange out ever work.

unfortunately he didn't play the last drive or two and didn't play in overtime at all that I saw. why you don't play your leading rusher for the game in OT I don't know. Also Jenoris Jenkins got tossed with about 4 minutes left in the 3rd. he swung at someone earlier in the game but nobody saw him. don't know what he got tossed for but he was standing around a pile in the endzone and a flag came out. that hurt the team on the last drive defensively with them having 1:29 from inside the 1 and DS scored by throwing the ball at will on that drive.
