1. Trent Richardson needs to put up some big numbers the rest of the season to have a chance at the Heisman. Media seems to be pushing QB's, particularly Luck & Jones. Ole Miss game gave TR a boost and the video of TR juking the DB out of his jock really helped. Big performance against LSU is probably critical to TR's chances.

2. No SEC QB, possible exception of Tyler Wilson at Arkansas, has played as well as AJM this season. Just keep it going for the rest of the year.

3. If Missouri joins the SEC just put them in the East. MO borders TN and KY who are both in the East and I can see a good natural rivalry with UT.

4. I know they lost their QB and had to pay Bama & LSU back to back, but Florida just doesn't look well coached to me. Way too many mistakes and general look of disorganization. Muschamp gets one more year but things better greatly improve or he will be back to being a head coach in waiting.

5. Same for Jimbo Fisher at FSU. What the h*** has happened? And it is the ACC folks! Not like they are going head to head with
teams in a football conference.

6. Larry Grantham has to be on a short leash at UGA. Embarrassment to CMR at a time when he really doesn't need it.

TR needs big games the rest of this year to help this team win #14! If he wins a Heisman, that is just an added bonus.

I hate LSU as much as anyone, but you got to give it to Lee he is playing as well as AJM (not in passing yards but decision making)

their new QB coach has really helped thier QB's.

I've been extremely pleased with AJ's decision making. What in the hell are you talking about? Examples? Links? AJ has not thrown a int since the Kent St. game. Maybe 2, but at least one of his interceptions was where he just threw a little behind his receiver-- no bad decision. Back up your argument!

I think he is saying that Lee is making good decisions too (surprisingly) even if he is a little behind AJ in yardage.  HTH.

AJ is doing a great job and I am very pleased with his performance.  But Lee is doing much better than the Pick 6 Lee of old.  That's all I'm saying.

I've enjoyed reading your thoughts.

My comments:

#1
You're right that he needs big numbers. "The Juke" really helped him, but all eyes will be watching the Who game. The west coast and northeast voters will have to be won over and right now they’re lovin’ some Luck. If they see the TR we know and love it may sway some votes.

#2
Yep. After Kent State I was concerned. After Penn State I was hopeful. After Arky I was feeling good. After the Gators (who was coming in on a roll and in the Swamp) I felt we were watching a very good QB form before our eyes.

#3
My thoughts on Mizzou is ….meh. I prefer a North Carolina team but that’s probably remote. If it is Mizzou I hope you are correct, they go to the east. At any rate it will be way too many tiggers.

#4
Before the Bama game I was really impressed with the job Muschamp had done. But after about 7 minutes playing with the gator toy, Bama took the wheels off the gator wagon took their lunch money.

#5
Before the season I couldn’t figure out why the media was so high on Jimbo & FSU. He’s recruited well for 2 years now and they will likely be better in a few years but Jimbo is no Nick Saban.

#6
I respect CMR but he has trouble keeping everyone around him out of trouble. From the AD to his coaches to his players. He needs to man up and take control of his program.

His efficiency rating of 161.0 in conference games ranks first among SEC quarterbacks. Honored by UA coaching staff as an offensive player of the week after completing 19 of 24 passes for 224 yards and a touchdown in win over Ole Miss.

#1 I think TR is going to be himself and run hard and lead hard. He is a great leader, because you see the guys following him. Jalston was not this good before he started running with TR.

#2 AJ is playing extremely well. He is ready to take this team and make it his if has not already done so. He is a good manager. To other QB's their is a couple playing well also. Lee and Love have made statements because LSU is undefeated and Arky has only one loss that being to us.

#3 Shoot until Mizz joins us I don't care about that side yet.

#4 I agree Muschamp gets another year but he has to remember he is on national TV. He better bring respect to the program that they don't have with all that cursing. No wonder the players in some programs think anything goes, look how the adults act around them. What does vulgar language do that normal talking can't? Or is it that they are so dumb they don't know no other way? RTR!

#5 Well FSU wanted change and they got change. Now live with it or act like you can take your loses like America. Change gets you what you want most times.

#6 The way Grantham acted is probably the way GA allows things to go. I know CMR is a Christian and being passive is not the answer some times. You have to put a stop to things like that, or are you going to turn your head while your young players act like that. Some people thinking all the "F" bomb thing is funny, I say it is stupid. I went and got an education so I have real words to use to explain my thoughts. RTR!

I wasn't saying AJ made bad decisions, but show me where LEE has? I think AJ is by far a better QB, but don't think Lee is the old INT Lee we knew.
Bama and LSU are almost mirror images of each other, but I would say Bama is more physical than LSU...its going to be a slobber knocker.

Exactly.  For the record I think AJ is the better QB too, I was just very surprised at how well Lee has stepped up for them after the shoe incident.
