Saban picks. "Boy it's a pain." Sometimes a popular movie in a theater is chosen. If not, they keep a list of 30 older - but not old - inspirational films that can be shown. Last week, the team watched "Saving Private Ryan." Saban raved about the movie and the lessons it provides about leadership. "You can't hide in the back," he said.

I'd think that movie would exhaust them.  But I liked it.
