Richt must feel like he is trying to skateboard on an ice rink, they sure have a lot of troubles over there.

The timing on this is even more suspicious than the timing on the LSU 3.  Next thing you know, there won't be any suspensions before big games at all, and the players will be able to serve their suspensions the next year or never.  Oh, wait....

It will be interesting to hear Richt's reasoning for the timing of the suspensions. Maybe he didn't know that he was supposed to suspend them immediatly.

I'm guessing that nobody opened the results until yesterday or today, because if a player doesn't know what's going on, then that makes everything OK.

The main focus here is, of course, Isaiah Crowell. He seems soft because of his recent comments:

“There’s a lot of hits and pounding I get,” he said. “I didn’t want to get too banged up while I’m here. It’s just … I don’t know. It’s a lot of banging I have to get used to.”

He has been called a prima donna by many, and those comments certainly point in that direction. And he plays like it sometimes as well, because he gets injured quite frequently and takes himself out of the ball game. And now this – a report of a failed drug test.

He better be glad he didn't sign here.
