Wow.  Did nobody think it was odd that a grown man was having young boys come over to his house to spend the night and then buying them gifts?!?  How could so many people have turned a blind eye and not said something to somebody?  So many people failed these kids.

Coach Crisp - I read and posted the story with the mother's interviews before I saw your post.  I've removed my post so as not to duplicate.  This is just so sad.  I was foreman of our grand jury earlier this year and we heard a case about a 70 year old man who raped his granddaughters until they turned thirteen then went to the next youngest.  He's a retired MINISTER!  Wonder how many other little girls he raped over the years?  We indicted him on 40 counts with his grandaughters.  There's no hell hot enough for people in authority who rape children!

  hey stephens I had to e-cred ya on that one. I would however hope and pray that he truly accepts Jesus as Lord, because doing what he did is an abomination in our eyes God forgives anyone who is willing to fear him. God Bless!

I know that was a tough assignment listening to that hearing earlier this year.

The story about  "victim one" who testified before the grand jury is so sad. Another person who this story reminds me of is Elizabeth Smart in Colorado who was kidnapped and abused. Then testifies at her assailant's trail.

EXACTLY!! That is exactly what he was doing. These sick, twisted perverts love to laugh at society and the police and in this case, openly taunted them with an "inside" joke. I fully expect this guy to kill himself, probably right after he's convicted and he's too much of a coward to go to prison and face large, burly men who will make him their sissy.

Oh, you want to change the title.  You can specify a title when you make a new post on this topic, but I don't think it will change the title of the original post.  It will still show up in the topic list on the Quad with the old title, but the recent posts box will show the new title.  I think that is how it works.

ESPN info on this matter. It gets so unbelievable, it's like everyone at Penn State was living in a fairyland world, totally oblivious to Sandusky.
