Trevor Matich just said on ESPN that if he were USC, he would march to the NCAA offices in Indianapolis with torches and demand an explanation for the slap on the wrist that tOSU received when 5 players and a coach were involved as compared to 1 player at USC, and USC's penalties were much more severe than tOSU's.

Finebaum asked Gary Danielson about tOSU ruling and he responded:
