The last time that Kirby Smart spoke to us he detailed how their recruiting system works, only a genius could have designed it. He also said that a lot of the schools have come and asked how it works and have tried duplicating it for their school. That list includes Fla State, Auburn, etc..
If I had to pick something that may put Bama over the top in their recruiting efforts that other schools maybe can't match, it is the efforts that Bama coaches have made in developing these young men into upstanding citizens off the football field, that means a lot to all the moms and dads of these players. Winning NCs consistantly doesn't hurt either. Roll Tide!!
