This guy has no clue to what he is talking about with the 4 year scholarship offer and and the two players that Bama offered a greyshirt.
A 4 year scholarship is a bad, bad no-no. When a school has to play the numbers game that the NCAA has established, they should never bind themselves with multi year contracts for these players. I think Auburn needs to do this, nothimg like self destruction.
Concerning the two players that were offered the greyshirt option, I can guarantee you that the greyshirt option had been covered with these two players way before yesterday. I still say that both of them would have been better off in the long run coming to Bama, a little patience never hurt anyone in the growing up process.
