I didn't want to like Upshaw.
I read the heartwarming article and my cold heart melted a little.
But then he had me at "touch that thang fo"

I never doubted what he said and I understood him like he was speaking the kings English.  He has grown into one of my all time favorites.  While not quite up to #55's standards, Upshaw could take a game over.

   But at least he never had back-to-back pass interference calls against Ohio State (with seconds to play in the game).       

Both great players, and now both among the elite to have worn crimson and white.
