The allmighty Pac 10 has lost to the lowly SEC and it wasn't just a loss, it was a good tail whipping. The national media wanted this match up between these two so bad to just show how much the Pac 10 was still ahead of the SEC. Now they know!!

I thought that ump behind the plate was going to mess us up.  Oklahoma will be tough, but they didn't look to good today so maybe we can jump on them early and win game 1 tomorrow.

No real rest for Traina. I hope we draw a home plate umpire that will call a little looser on balls/strikes. It won't help her pitch count but it'll keep her frame of mind off the umpiring.

The dike/man plate umpire was terrible. To me calling it loose or tight does not matter as long as you are consistent. Traina could throw back-to-back pitches at the exact same location and one was a strike and one was a ball. I hope we get a decent umpiring crew for the finals.

The Ump who called the OK-Ari. State game had a much wider strike zone. He made Ricketts look good.  If Jackie had had the same ump, Cal. would not have scored.
